Performance-Based Hiring

Dynamo Recruiting employs a performance-based payment model, where our complete fee is paid only upon the successful conclusion of each search.

Sourcing charge is calculated and paid as follows:

• The sourcing charge will be a percentage of the first year compensation.
• Initial sourcing charge is a base fee to be paid at the commencement of the search.
• Balance of the fee is payable when the candidate is hired.
