GiftCertificates.com needed to build an Executive team, while at the same time staff the appropriate departments. The type of hire was diverse, but within one company where the culture and needs were consistent. Giftcertificates.com saw the value in working with Dynamo: ONE outside partner who could understand and address their diverse needs.

Solution
Dynamo staffed the Executive Team, VP of Sales, VP of Marketing, Director of Merchandising. Due to the relationship with the Executives, it was a natural fit to continue the process with Dynamo. Instead of a per-search charge, which would have depleted their hiring budget for the year, we suggested a monthly retainer. This allowed Dynamo to staff all areas of the organization, become an integral part of the organization, work with the VP of Human Resources to assure the right skill set and level of positions, and to address compensation and organizational issues.

The industry is very defined. The majority of positions require a unique combination of experiences: a litigation background, business acumen and experience, and a law degree.

Solution
Dynamo is able to regularly identify players within the eDiscovery business world, and consistently source candidates with litigation background. Dynamo's network is aware that LexisNexis is our client and refers those types of individual to Dynamo on an ongoing basis, keeping the pipeline full for the company. It is that long term relationship that builds the quality pipeline. Ultimately this creates a substantial cost saving to the company due to the quick turnaround time and quality of industry specific candidates.
